Platform role

Yetu Health is a digital platform that connects users with independent healthcare professionals and service providers. It is not represented as the provider of every clinical, pharmacy or laboratory service available through the network.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and using the platform lawfully.

Healthcare services

Healthcare decisions and services are the responsibility of the professional or provider delivering them. Online access is not a substitute for emergency care.

Payments and fulfilment

Applicable prices, payment terms, cancellation conditions and fulfilment details are presented in the relevant workflow when available.

Privacy and acceptable use

Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Changes

Terms may be updated when platform services or legal requirements change. The current published version applies.
