Yetu Health is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Yetu Health collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use the Yetu Health mobile applications, website, services and related platforms.

Yetu Health is designed to connect patients with healthcare providers and facilitate access to healthcare services, including healthcare consultations, pharmacy services, laboratory services, health packages, home-based services and other healthcare-related services.

Because healthcare information can be highly sensitive, Yetu Health applies additional safeguards to health and medical information.

Healthcare providers using the Yetu Health platform remain responsible for the healthcare services, advice, diagnosis, treatment and professional decisions they provide.

Users should seek appropriate emergency medical assistance where necessary. Yetu Health should not be relied upon as a replacement for emergency medical services where immediate physical intervention is required.
